We are not a large institution of with long, empty halls. We are a lovely home by the lake who is excited to welcome you in. We provide luxury residential assisted living with abundant love, fun, professional care, delicious food, and friendships. Here you will enjoy a calm afternoon reading your favorite book by the lake or sipping on your favorite drink in one of our front porch rocking chairs.
Our open floor plan is perfect for a sit-down coffee and conversation, or you can relax in one of our many comfortable recliners. You can also enjoy painting, crafts, music, or table games with your friends. For your enjoyment we have two-screen porches overlooking beautiful Lake Gem. You will enjoy classic matinees under the stars on our giant projector in the evenings while getting cozy by the fire pit.
If you have a green thumb or want to connect with nature, come and have fun at the vegetable and herb garden. We also have laser therapy to help alleviate aches and pains and massage services to increase your relaxation and circulation.

Activities
of Daily Living
ADLs are the fundamental and practical abilities required for independent living, such as eating, using the restroom, dressing, bathing, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining medication records.
Post Surgical
Recovery Care
We provide temporary housing for recovery after surgery with highly competent CNAs and 24/7 caregivers supervised by our in-house RN. We promise you a loving and knowledgeable care that will provide you and your family peace of mind.
Medication Management / Nurse Assistance
We are staffed with certified nurse assistants who aid with medication reminders, using glucometers to perform blood-glucose level checks, putting on and taking off anti-embolism stockings, applying and removing oxygen cannulas, using continuous positive airway pressure devices, measuring vital signs, and assisting with colostomy bags.
Personal Care
You receive hair care and barber services from the comfort of our Lake Gem home. We also provide laser therapy and therapeutic massage services to help alleviate joint and muscle aches.
Transportation Coordination
We coordinate all your doctor's appointments and arrange for transportation.
Delicious Meals
Our in-house chef and nutritionist accommodate dietary restrictions and cook your favorite meals.
Family Updates
Weekly electronic updates with photos of your loved one.
