Activities of daily living
ADLs are the basic daily activities needed for independent living, including eating, using the restroom, dressing, bathing, cooking, cleaning, and managing medications.
Post Surgical Recovery Care
We offer temporary housing for post-surgery recovery with highly skilled CNAs and 24/7 caregivers under the supervision of our in-house RN. We ensure compassionate and knowledgeable care to provide peace of mind for you and your family.
Medication Management/ Nurse assistance
At our facility, we have certified nurse assistants who are available to assist with various medical tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to administering medication, using glucometers to perform blood-glucose level checks, applying, and removing anti-embolism stockings, putting on and taking off oxygen cannulas, utilizing continuous positive airway pressure devices, measuring vital signs, and helping with colostomy bags. Our staff is highly trained, and they are always available to aid whenever it is needed.
Personal Care
We offer Personal Care services that include hair care and barber services, laser therapy, and therapeutic massage services to ease joint and muscle aches, all from the comfort of our Lake Gem home.
Delicious Meals
Our in-house chef and nutritionist will prepare delicious meals while accommodating your dietary restrictions and cooking your favorite dishes.
Family Updates
Additionally, we provide regular updates by email, text or video calls of your loved one to keep you informed and connected.
Transportation Coordination
We can also coordinate all your doctor's appointments and arrange transportation for you.
